Predictive Failure Assert light Yellow under health status.

A Yellow warning light is displayed on Drive 0 in enclosure 32 on controller 0 Fw: MS04Predictive Failure.

Could someone help in explaining what is happening and what i need to do to fix this?

SMART say that disk may be crash.

Call Dell support to change the disk.
