The files are HTML formatted. I think the full version of Excel will read the files. You can rename the files to report.html and you can view them in your browser.

Anyhow they are not quite readale after .xls->.html rename. There is all !?!¤" stuff like:
MinMax 1 MinMax 3 MinMax 4 MinMax CPU "CPU Performance" None FullPage Arial 8 552 380 1 1 15 Solid Narrow 14 Neutral Arial 8 Line Standard 0 1 1 -1 "CPU Usage (Average)" CPU Usage (Average) Medium None 0 'CPU'!$A$2:$A$112 0 'CPU'!$B$2:$B$112 3 -1 "CPU Usage (Average) - 0" CPU Usage (Average) - 0 Medium None 0 'CPU'!$A$2:$A$112 0 'CPU'!$D$2:$D$112 4 -1 "CPU Usage (Average) - 1" CPU Usage (Average) - 1 Medium None 0 'CPU'!$A$2:$A$112 0 'CPU'!$E$2:$E$112 Line Standard 3 4 2 -1 "CPU Usage in MHz (Average)" CPU Usage in MHz (Average) Medium None 0 'CPU'!$A$2:$A$112 0 'CPU'!$C$2:$C$112 Bottom 0 0 "Time" None 0 1 Arial 8 d.M.yyyy\ H:mm Low 22 10 Category Left 1 1 "Percent" None 90 0 Minimum MidCategory Arial 8 0 Value Bottom 3 3 4 Automatic Left 4 4 "MHz
