PSOD vmware esx server 3i 3.5.0, 163429 (Intel S5000PSL, E5405 and Areca 1130)

I have installed Esx 3.5 on our new server, Xeon E5405, 8 Gb ram and intel S5000PSL motherboard and Areca 1130 controller. I am getting a PSOD when i use a lot of CPU and storage. I have made a screen shot of it see the attached file. When i don't use a lot of cpu and storage then the esx server stays up without any problems. I have the latest bios installed, I checked it this friday.

Have searched a lot and found not much then problems with a HP server.

Someone a idea what i can do?? I am going a little bit grazy :'(

Kind regards

Rob
