POSTBIOS: 1962 Drive does not contain a valid boot record After installing ESXi

Had ESXi running in a Raid 1 array, now I am trying to install it on a Raid5 array, I am able to install it, log into the system but if I reboot it the server throws this error message everytime.

Anyone run across this before? Hardward is bladecenter S utilizing 5 SAS Raid disks.

There is a critical update for the firmware for the SAS drives in the Bladecenter S. Have you tried applying the update:

Version 1.04 - Build ID: SAS_104

Joshm, I eventually updated the SAS expansion card firmware and the Raid controller firmware, after that I was golden.
