Not able to open Vmachine console from ESX 4.1.0, 260247

while opening machine console from ESX 4.1.0, 260247, getting error "could not load file or assembly 'axinterop.vmwareremoteconsole typelib, version=2.5.0.0, Culture=natural, or An internal error occurred in the vSphere client. Details: object reference not set to an instance of the object..

Vmachine is accessible from RDP but not able to open direct from vSphare console. this is stand alone ESX host.

Could you please suggest what action need to take further for resolution.
