No Import option on VIC

Hi,

We're having a strange problem. We have a small VM environment with just 2 hosts.

When we right-click on the hosts we cannot see the Import option. Only one of the 3 admins can see it. We've been looking around at the permissions, but we are all part of the Administrator group. We are also all running the VMware Infrastructure Client from the same VMware management server.

Any suggestions?

sounds to me like the VMware Converter plugin just needs to be installed on the desktop in which the VIC is running. Go to Plugins--Manage Plugins. Do you see any available plugins?
