Hello, again 
call me mad, but to check out the esxi product i decided to install it in a vmware WS 6.5 VM
well.. it works, at least it boots up, but i can't configure the network interface
the network card seems working but the ip isn't assigned.
and when i navigate through the management console to the network configuration menu, when i select the "configure management network" the only option provided is "reset management network tu factory default"
so that i can't configure the ip address, or configure it to bring the ip from a DHCP server
any help?
EDIT: Fixed, i had to remove the virtual interface and reinstall a new one.
maybe some settings from the older version if vmware WS was giving some problem
