NT4 convert to VM ? possible ?

HI guys

I have one customer running NT 4 with some customized software, which no body know

How to re-install it back. I am wondering to setup new VMWare server and move the NT 4

into a virtual environment but not sure if VMware converter can convert NT 4 server and support this old technology?

We tried to use Acronis for image the NT 4, but it failed as it doesn't Support NT 4.

You have to use an older version of the Converter for NT 4.0 I'm not sure which version it is but if your search the knowledgebase you will find it.

Converter 3 and NT must be at SP6a

I don't know if this will work for you. If not do a google search for Cold Clone CD

To use the cold conveter you need a valid license for VC 2.x.

Or you can simple make a cold image with ghost or similar product, and than use VMware Standalone conveter 3.0.3 (http://www.vmware.com/download/converter/download.html).
