Using the VI Client, highlight the host, click the "Configuration" tab, then click "Networking" under the Hardware section, then click "Properties" of the vSwitch you are interested in. In the vSwitch properties dialog, with the vSwitch selected, click the "Edit" button at the bottom. There is then a "NIC Teaming" tab on the next vSwitch properties dialog that comes up.
