Move VM from ESXi server to another

Hey guys. Pretty new to ESXi. We have one server running ESXi that has 3 SQL servers, 2 Web servers, and a DC. Too much for one box. So they bought 4 more servers for me to set up ESXi on them and for me to migrate the existing VMs to the new boxes.

My question is what's the best way to do that and is there a tutorial on how to accomplish this? I downloaded and installed Veeam's FastSCP, but I am not sure if that's the best way. If anyone can lead me to a tutorial, that would be awsome!

I think your best bet would be to use VMware vCenter Converter Standalone if you don't have vCenter.

I don't use FastSCP, so I can't really comment.

Is that a free tool, or would we have to pay for it?

Thanks! I think this is exactly what I needed. I am copying a VM right now...
