Motherboard Asus P5BV-M - Raid support?

Hi There,

Just wondering if anyone has used this motherboard before? Some discussions say it is supported, but yet once I tried to install ESXi 3.5 (Haven't tried 4.0 yet) it shows both drives. The manual does state support for RedHat, but I would assume I need to do something else in order to install the drivers for the raid etc.

Sorry for the silly question, any ideas?

ESXi only has support for hardware based RAID so you will only have access to separate drives. You can check the Hardware Compatibility List for supported RAID cards.
