Is there a way to assign the CD to an iso on a VMFS volume?

Is there a way to point the CD to an iso on a VMFS volume? Using the CD drive across a WAN is incredibly slow. I don't see a way to do it within the VI Client without installing a NAS VM fist on the remote server and then uploading the iso to it.

Yes - its an option in the VI Client - its labeled 'use datastore ISO file' under the CD Rom settings for the VM.

Thanks Matt,

I don't know what I was thinking. I have a folder up there named iso with 3 other operating systems in it that I installed from before.

Thanks!
