Install ESXi under VMware Server?

Is it at all possible to install ESXi as a VM in VMware Server 2, just to give it a look? Or do I have to install it on a dedicated hardware platform?

This seems to work, slowly of course..

But I just saw an "interesting" thing, I get a "PANIC: Failed to find USB boot partition". Would that really be necesarry? After all, the VM is configured with 2 SCSI disks.. After that message nothing at all has happened for well over an hour. Anyone with ideas?
