Hi, has anybody gotten ESXi3.5 Update 4 to install on an ICH7 adapter?
I have tried editing simple.map and placing it in oem.tgz, however it doesn't work.
I have even tried editing simple.map directly inside binmod.tgz without luck. It still will not detect my local storage.
The last release it worked with was Update 2.
Any advice would be appreciated.
edit: would replacing ata_piix.o with the one from Update 2 possibly work (in addition to the above simple.map change)?
i'll try it out now anyway
