Failed to open disk scsi 0:0

Hello,

I would like to apologize for my English first. I'm from Czech

Rep.

I have a problem with migration virtual machines from

VMWare server 2 to ESXi 4. When you upload a directory with the VM on

the ESXi, so you receive an error message.

You know what's the

problem?

Thank you...

Use VMware converter. Reliable and proper way of uploading the machine to Virtual Infrastructure. Although it does a clone job but not copy job!

Please donot perform a straight forward copy job for uploading VMs...as some features which worked in Server will not work in ESX> Converter takes care of these kind of issue. Just click convert and relax Smiley Happy

I don't think you can straightly upload VMware Server VMs to ESXi. Use vCenter Converter Standalone to uploading VMware Server images to ESXi host in proper manner.
