FAILED: Unable to access the remote Converter Standalone Agent service. It either does not exist or is not responding.

When I try to run the converter we receive the following error , FAILED: Unable to access the remote Converter Standalone Agent service. It either does not exist or is not responding.

Since conversion works you may have a software or configuration of the Windows Server. Check Windows event logs. Anything in current Policies that might prevent?

Install the converter inside the physical machine.

Which version are you using and with OS are you converting?

The physical machine is a win 2k3 srv

File sharing enabled?

The Firewall is off

File sharing is anable as we share alreaydy folder on that server

I did the installation localy on the server. now I have this error:

A general system error occured: Remote server closed connection after 0 reponse bytes read

Any idea ?

Where are you saving your data?

Seems that the destination is not reachable.

Is it in the same network? Check also cable and network speed.

Same network, cable good, Also I did a couple of v2v conversion without issue.
