I am trying to mount a directory from an OpenSuse server on an Esxi server, but when I attempt to add a new NFS, I get the error, 'cannot connect to NFS server'. I had this working in the past, but after rebooting the Esxi server, the nfs became inactive and, as stated above, attempts to mount a new nfs has failed. Both servers can ping each other. Any ideas why the Esxi would be unable to connect?
Is NFS server really working on SUSE? Does firewall allow NFS server to work?

Ahh, Susefirewall2 was the problem. I stopped it and was able to mount the nfs. Thanks for your help.
