ESXi3.5 install error

I recently downloaded VMware ESXi 3.5. During installation, I get the following error:

Boot:/Could not find Kernel Image Menu.c.32

Could any one help?

I would try downloading the iso image again incase there was an issue during the download - also confirm the hardware you are trying to install to is on the supported hardware list -

i would also confirm the MD5 checksum against the ISO you downloaded. the checksum is listed where the download link is on the site, and there are a number of MD5 checksum tools available for you to validate the download on your PC.

one of my favourites is hashtab. this adds a tab into the item properties and calculates various checksums. i find it much easier to use than hunting for a utility - it's right there in the properties.
