ESXi connection issue

I Have ESXi U4 server with 2 NICs

NIC1 for Managment

NIC2 Connected to ADSL router (Internet)

I have create new VSwitch and add NIC2 (Network: Internet)

i have add Internet to Windows 2003 Server Guest.

i can ping the router ping other PC's in the network and other PC could ping this Guest

i can ping external address (Ex. www.google.com) and i received reply from NSlookup for any external URL.

the bad thing that i couldn't brows the internet from this guest and i couldn't access to any windows shared folder in the network and couldn't connect to this Guest using RDP.

Please check any VLAN tagging bothering them.

No Vlan configured in the ADSL router switch and no vlan in the Vswitch
