ESXi and Lost VMDK

I had a VMDK on a RAID-5 array, the array had an issue but I got it back online.  However after that, I no longer show the hard drive that was stored there.  The information store shows a VMFS partition but there is nothing under it.  Is there a way to recover the data?

I am using ESXi 3.5.0 UD 5.

try rescanning your storage array

I have tried to rescan the disk and it hasn't changed the condition.

restore from backups or contact support if you dont have backups
