The links to the ESXi Webstart recordings are not working. Mark can you send us another working links.
Thanks.
The links do not work, all it does ic s close the browser.
Excellent. Please provide more of this free-training for your entry-level products. Even $50 can be a barrier for people using ESXi in the workplace, because many of us still need to go through the hassle of expense reports, manager approval, etc. Many people have trouble convincing their management that VMware is worth the effort.
Step 1: Lower the barrier to your free products, and get people to use them-- I need to know that it works, and how it works.
Step 2: I'd be happy to pay for VMware, but I need to know that it works first.
Remember-- many of us cut our teeth on Linux at home, or other pieces of free-as-in-beer software.
Those links do not work for me with Firefox. I'm usually able to view WebEX content in FF, but your content does not work.
This video got us up and running on an ESXi system. I had wanted to try it out but was apprehensive about the perceived lack of management without licensing VirtualCenter, but this video quickly put me at ease. We are a relatively small shop, and had been on Server 1.0 for a while but now that we're on ESXi, there should be minimal disruption if and when we need the overall management capabilities of VI / VirtualCenter.
Thanks a lot! More! More!
I still cannot open the link with either IE or FF. Our firewall does not indicate any blocking of transmission at the time I try to access the links.
I can't access it either 😕
I still cannot access these links using Firefox. The links redirect me to the page ' http://mylearn.vmware.com/close.htm ', which is wrong.
I do have WebEx installed on my system, and I use it several times a month for other presentations.
These links do work for me with IE7.

I am outside the VMware firewall (at home) and the links work fine with IE. Turn off any pop-up blockers.
I don't have FF.
I can probably get the Webex recording files and you can play them locally.
They're big, but I can use YouSendIt if you want to download them.

These are great links, will you have more of these.
Is there a home page for teh Webstart Recordings
If you could post the recordings that would be awesome. As things often change on ye old interwebs, it would be nice to have them for future reference.

Had difficulty running the "VMWare ESXi WebStart Part 1 - Virtualization Concepts" webinar in both FireFox and IE7. Both result in the "close" page...dead end.
What's the solution? How do we view these sessions?

Disregard. The links provided by "jasemccarty" worked.
Excellent job Mark.
Has anyone used ESXi on a Dell PowerEdge T300?
