ESXi Regional Settings

Anyone know how you set the ESXi host machines region? This was important in ESX so that the host time, even when adjusted via NTP, was correct so that VMtools would sync the correct time in the guest os. Get it wrong and daylight saving adjustment, in the UK at least, failed.

You cannot really. It runs UTC always internally.
