Here's my step to coonect iscsi-target:
1. Open vSphere Client
2. Click Configuration
3. Click Propertes
4. Click Dynamic Discovery
5. Click Add > iSCSI Server: 172.16.1.218 (no CHAP)
6. Click all OK button
But it can't display on Storage Adapters

What kind of storage is your target (Netapp, EMC, HP, or .....)?
Just to be clear have you setup a VMkernel port? Also check out the VMware iSCSI setup guide.

I'm using Linux iscsi-target.
I just created the VMkernel port, it can show me the iscsi storage in .......
And then goto Storage to Add storage, but it can't detect the iscsi storage.
Can you ping your Storage from the console of your ESXi host?

Oh about thid unforunately I haven't got any issue.
But if I see the screen properly it mus be somethign wrong with you storage config.
Can you send me the screen of your vmkernel port config?

You need to make sure the 3620 port is open on the LINUX iscsi-target machine.
Check the firewall ports on the linux machine.
