sorry about my n00b questions.
i use remote_cli (vmware_cmd.pl) to suspend and copy with scp the suspended VM to a backup-storage.
my 2 problems are:
- after reboot the directory ".ssh" is deleted, but in the /vmfs/volumes/Hypervoisor1/oem.tgz i can not add the dir + file (.ssh/authorized_keys)
because the tar do not work i thik it sould do
- i like to safe the ESXi Sever Configuration to a file, so that i can fast restore the cfg on a new installed system (wih the same hardware)
i heard it is possible but how?
