  can any one reply , how can i configure IP Address using Command line.i have ESXi 3.5 update 5

Do you mean the IP of the Service Console? Use esxcfg-vswif

  I try from GUI but it's not allow to config IP. it's promt restart Network config Managment.

  I tried Command to config IP but . it's say " Unable to Find Port Group which name VM Kernal. "

i tried below Command to Configure IP

esxcfg-vmknic -a "VM Kernal" -i x.x.x.x -n 255.255.255.0

First to all you must create the portgroup.

PS: thread has been move to ESXi section.
