ESXI 3.5 U5 and NAS

Hi Guys,

Situation:

two HP 380 G5 servers attached to MSA 2200 By HBA controllers ( Fiber channel)

OS : Windows 2003 + Vmware Server

Each host access to a partition that hold 4 VMs : Dc + Exchange + File server

We need to Install those physicals machines with VMware ESXI 3.5 U or 4 ? I will move all Vituelle machines to temporary server.

My question How two Host will share the Datastore ? should we create A datastore for each host ? the main goal is if any of the host is down we can give easyly access the it's Datastore to second one.

Any Idea

Any document how to install two hosts with with ESXI attached to NAS as MSA 2200
