ESX 3.5 Report Summary - 100% CPU/MEM Utilization

Afternoon everyone and Happy Friday,

I've been running into a problem running the Report Summary function in an ESX 3.5 cluster. Both ESX nodes report 100% utilization for CPU and MEM, which I can see during daily ops as entirely inaccurate.

Thought I recalled seeing a post about this before a few months ago, but I can't seem to find it.

Any agent installed into the COS? Login using SSH to the host, and give us the "rpm -qa" output. Also a "top" would indicate what process are using the CPU.

I keep a close eye on these servers and I know that they are not anywhere close to being sweated for 100% of CPU/MEM resources. That's why I'm curious as to why the report summary's stating 100% of the resources are being used.

Just noticed that this is the ESXi forum, moving to ESX.
