Dual-boot ESXi and Server 2008

I've been trying to get a dual-boot situation working but with no luck. Here's the setup: I have 2 physical drives in the computer, and I installed Server 2008 R2 on the primary drive (this, of course, set up the nice system reserved partition for my boot loader); I then installed ESXi on the secondary drive just fine. Now, I tried using EasyBCD to create both (separately) a GRUB and a LILO boot entry in the MS boot loader, but either I'm pointing that entry at the wrong partition or the wrong file, because I keep getting the NTLDR error. Can anyone give me any advice? I'd rather not use ESX as the primary, as my Linux skills are about as n00b as they come, and it at least SEEMS like EasyBCD can handle the boot process of ESX, I just can't seem to get it to work.

You could also consider installing ESXi to USB and just inserting or removing the USB stick.
