Convert Vmware ESXi 3.5 vm to be VMware Player (latest version)

Guys can the latest version of vmware player run a vm in the vmware esxi 3.5 (vmdk) format?

also its going to be a duplicate machine on the same network, newsid id should do the trick? right

if not i will put it a separate network segment?

use converter, and to duplicate without same registries and more run sysprep and newsid.

I have already p2v'd a machine? just newsid should work shoudnt it? coz thats what sysprep does anyway.?

yes just use newsid to change the sid would be suffice if sysprep is too overkill for you.
