Cant register esxi 3.5.0

Well i just got the newest free version and i cant seem to register it.

I have a code that states its registered but how do i update the ESXI server with this code? I want to start using this tool but i dont want to do alot of configuration only for it to expire in 60 days.

I tried searching around the forums but i couldnt find a specific answer on how to update with me registered code.

Welcome to the forums - you will need to use the VI Client which you can download from your ESXi host - point a browse at your ESXi server and there will be alink to download the VI Client - with the vi client you will be able to add the licensing information to your ESXi host -

I already have the client installed and can not get my serial added correctly.

I go to the help tab thats takes you to the web to register your product but it says that the serial has been registered correctly. My ESXI server still states that its in eval mode.

Am i not doing this correctly? Should i be grabbing any information from the ESXI server and adding it online? Can i only activate after the 60 days are up?

Edit:

Never mind me im dumb and i finally found it, i feel like a pure NOOB lol..

If serial is correct you must be able to add also before the 60 days.
