Cannot reconnect Primary Service Console after removing VMNIC0 via VI

Could any one help me...

Have done configuring NIC teaming for my Service Console, when I remove my VMNIC0 via VI, I can not reconnect anymore to my ESX host via VIA.

Also, cann't ping the SC ip address. How can I reestablish my connection to my SC (vmnic0) . Had verified my old SC ip address via CLI still existing.

Command used was: vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-swif0

if I understood you correctly, you remove vmnic0 from your vSwitch in VI client?

you can add vmnic to vSwitch as uplink by this command

esxcfg-vswitch -L vmnic0 vSwitch0
