Can GhettoVCB do Differential Backups?

Incremental, Differential, Delta's... whatever you want to call it. I am wondering if GhettoVCB will support only backing up changes rather than a full everytime?

ghettoVCB only does a complete point in time clone of a VM. If you want differentials etc you could use a combination of the ghetto clone plus traditional backup utilities to capture your changed files. Your traditional restores would be applied to the clone.

If you have the Essentials Plus or greater licensed version you have access to VDR

I have the free version of ESXi 4.0 and the standard version of ESX 3.5.

As David already pointed out, ghettoVCB can only do full backups, no incremental or differentials. You would need to look at either in guest backup agents or 3rd party solutions such as vDR, Veeam Backup & Replication, etc. which can leverage features of vSphere to determine changed blocks and only transfer blocks that have been modified since the last backup.
