Can ESXI support convertion ?

Yup,

ESXi does pretty much everything ESX3.5 does - peoplethink it is significantly sclaed down, but this is generally because they are comparing the free version of ESXi to the licensed 3.5

In either case, this does not affect the conversion, as even the free ESXi can accept P2V with VM Convertor (also free)

I maybe have some mistake about the destination choose, I can't see can choose destination for ESXI in this manual.
