Just downloaded and tried to install ESXi 4 on an HP DL380 G3, didn't have any issue with ESX 3.5 install, any help in what is missing?

The HP DL380 G3 is not on the HCL for ESXi4

yes, but only for ESX Classic.
That is ashame... why is it that most of the lower level HP DL such as the 360 are supported by 380 is not? Anyone know the difference?
