Bootable USB into a VM Guest

Hello--

I've seen lots of helpful posts all over the net about booting ESXi from a USB stick and I have this working successfully. What would be really cool would be to boot and run ESXi from the USB stick, and then have access to any VM guest running on ESXi on the same computer.

Any idea how I could pull this off?

If you are trying to use the screen and keyboard to connect to the virtual machines you are using the wrong product. There is no real console to access the VM's. At best you could do ssh.
