2 Public IPs / Sub Nets on one nic?

I would like to put a VM running pfsense and a VM running untangle on a single box.

I have a 1U box that I would like to use, but it only has 2 NICs, and no expansion slots left. Our PFsense install has 2 WAN ports and 1 LAN port. The 2 wans are from diffrent service providers.

Can I plug both modems into a swith, plugged into a single WAN on the server, then make 2 virtual nics on that 1 physical nic each with a public IP / sub net for each provider?

Yes. You con configure the NIC on the esx host side as a virtual switch. The VM's attached to that switch have individual access to the WAN, so you can assign each VM a separate IP.
