Hi,
I'm trying to install / upgrade vmware tools from ESX 3.5U4 on debian sarge guests. GCC version is 3.3 or 3.4.
I get the following error : Your compiler version gcc3.3.5 is not supported by this version of vmware tools.
I don't remember having this issue with 3.5 Update 3.
Is it possible to install vmware tools anyway?
