We loaded the vmware tools on our linux installs, is it the same for windows? I am waiting to get an account in the windows vm so I can try it out. Thought I would put out a quick question in the meantime.

Yes, you need to install VMware Tools in Windows virtual machines.

Yes, I am asking if we install vm tools on the window installs. Looks like we have the same mouse problem.
Yes you need to. I usually opt for the Complete Install.
