vSphere 5 license

Hi All,

We have 25 ESXi 3.5 hosts & 1 vCenter Server 2.5.  We are planning to upgrade vSphere 5 so, i want to caliculate vRAM utilisation.  Could you please tell me Is there any script to get results require lincesnes for vSphere5.  Let me know this vRAM license depends on virtual machine memory allocated by Host or guest memory.

I got License validator v 1.5 Script which is working on vSphere 4.1 or higher.  But i have virtual infrastructure 3.5.

Thanks for your information. I saw that but it has mentioned that this script requires vSphere 4.1 or higher.

Can I use this script in my virtual infrastructure 3.5?
