"vim.fault.InvalidState" error when creating a vm?

This is the first VM I am creating on a fresh install of ESX 3.5 and when I attempt to create a new VM and finish completeing the New Virtual Machine Wizard I receive an error - "vim.fault.InvalidState". I've restarted the host several times and still no change. My store1 and store2 look okay and display VMFS as the format. Am I missing something?

Thanks anyone!

We are having a similar problem - anyone have any suggestions on what to check to resolve this?

Sorry It say I have to contact the moderator because I do not have permissions to attach a file?

OK it's just a dialog that looks like this

ERROR

Vim.Fault.InvalidState

OK

That is about it.
