question about vcb

Where are the vcb logs stored? I'm having issues with VCB on Windows 2008 server. I set the loglevel to 6 in the config.js and went to look for the log after failure and I can't find it.

I see the vmware-vmount.log but it doesn't provide any useful information. The rest of the logs on the VCB proxy aren't there.
