open firewall ports for Symantec Backup Exec to backup OS from ESX

hi

I'd like to backup the OS from ESC 3.5 using Symantec Backup Exec for Windows Server 12.0

I have opened the following ports on ESX 3.5 for :

Opened ports:

esXpressLicenseClient: port 64420 udp.in udp.out

Backupexec : port 8216 tcp.in

FTP : port 21 tcp.out

Backupexec : port 8213 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 6101 tcp.out

SMB : port 139 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 8198 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 8200 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 8196 tcp.in

SNMPRequest : port 161 udp.in

Backupexec : port 8215 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 8192 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 6102 tcp.out

OpenManagement : port 1311 tcp.in tcp.out

Backupexec : port 8204 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 8211 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 8201 tcp.in

Backupexec : port 8203 tcp.in

only if I open --allowIncoming then works, but this is to dangerous.

which firewall ports should be opened on ESX for Symantec Backup Exec for Windows Server 12.0 ?

Are you referring to installing the backup agent in the service console or in a VM - because if you are talking about installing into a VM you should not need to touch the Service Console firewall -

I've opened additional ports 10000:12000 tcp.in tcp.out, but still doesn't work !
