network sanity check

Can someone check this network setup, we have 7 HP hosts, all with 3 dual nic's. EMC clariion iscsi. When we first set it up we had trouble with a switch not allowing vlans to be setup so we never did. Not sure how important that is. Also should I put vmotion and sc on one nic and leave 2 nic's for the vm's?

a switch not allowing VLANs?? so probably you are talking about the switch for the blades right??

I would recommend to isolate the traffic from VMs, SC, VMkernel, etc using VLANs (Nexus 1000v could help you a lot)
