move vm to a different lun

Can anyone tell me how to move a vm from one lun to another. I thought that the migrate would do that, but that option is not available.

You can do it when the VM is stopped or suspended, but not when its running.

You can use the Migrate option to do that but remember that the VM need to be power off and the destination host must have access to this Lun. A second option is to SSH a ESX host who have access to the both Lun (source and destination) and use linux command to move the VM folder from one lun to the other, then you can register again the VM on Virtual Center.

To move a VM running to a different lun you may wait for futur release ()...
