licensing issues

I'm trying to install server based license and it gives me error,

i have checked that but not able to figure out, i have posted the output from lmtools, that says..vmwarelm.exe not found, point me to the right direction please

Not a direct solution, but have you tried uninstalling the License server, rebooting, and then reinstalling the license server?

Thats what I would suggest also. I can't tell if you are trying to install it or if it is already installed and will not start. If it is installed already have you tried loading the License Server Tools (LMTOOLS) and clicking on the Config Services tab and making sure the paths are correct. Do you have a vmwarelm.exe in your C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware License Server directory? If you check the properties of the License Server service is the path and exe correct, it should be "C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware License Server\lmgrd.exe"
