licence file standard or enterprise

Hello

I download a licence file for lab server. It's supose to be a enterprise licence but :

When i configure my esx through vc, all is ok but is Esx server Edition I see : Standard edition

Maybe it's normal not shure

Also how can I see in the following licence file that it's a enterprise licence file

you're good. The ESX Standard License you see if the ability to add your server into vCenter. The add on's is what makes it Enterprise. You have vMotion and once you configure for HA and DRS those options will become licensed as well.

But in the file itself how can I see if it's a standard or enterprise

In your license file, you will see

VMware HA =

VMware DRS =

VMware VMotion =

I am having the VMwaresoftware.lic file with me. how do we find out is that SMP enabled license or uniprocessor license?
