Hi,
I have an SQL cluster (setup as Cluster in a box on one ESX) that failover on his own a couple of time everyday. When I have configured resources reservation for 25% of the CPU and th memory used by these VM, the failover problem seems to stop but then the morning after I lost my connection to the ESX server (where is the cluster) in VIC. I then saw that the problem of failover has come back during the night.
My question : Which service or deamon in the ESX is responsable to enforce the ressources reservation configured in VIC ?
By the way, if you know a good doc where every ESX service is explained .....
