install multiple updates in one command

hello,

i am using esx 3.0.1 ,and i know how to install updates with -n parameter that will prevent reboot after every patch.

but how can i install multiple updates(without reboot) at one command ?

its possible ?

for example i want to install the following updates from one command :

esx-3199476

esx-5031800

esx-6856573

what i need to do ? what is the specific syntax for those updates ?

respectfully,

Avi

have a read through this thread. it provides a script and also hints where people have had problems with it. Main thing to remember is that ESX is sensitive to the order the patches are applied so ensure you have them in the right date & timestamp order. Use esxupdate info.

There is also info in the patch guide if you haven't already looked through it
