how can i tell if the LUN is vmfs 3.21 or 3.31

i just read a blog from that indicate that esx 3.5 format the disk as vmfs 3.31 versus 3.21. Since we upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.5, is there a command or easy way to tell which vmfs type my LUN is?

esxcfg-info -s will give you the information

You can aslo see this if you select the partition in the VI client ( configuration \ storage).
