I followed the article :
And when starting esxtop with 'esxtop -c /root/settings -d 15' it jumps directly to the disk stats.
But when starting the batch mode with 'esxtop -b -c /root/settings -d 15 > /tmp/logfile' it starts logging all counters.
Any ideas how to get batch mode working and only log the disk counters ?
I found a lot of other threads from people with the same issue, but no solution.
Any hints ?
Excel doesn't like to import the big csv with all counters logged :

Best thing that I have found to view batch esxtop output with is:

Note: no formal support - but works very well

Dinny,
Thanks for the info about esxtop.
But still this tool doesn't like to import 500megabyte logfiles... (esxtop data from 24hours)
So I still would like to get the -c working.
